Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request within 7 days of enrollment: You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchasing the course, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
  • Completion Limit: If you have completed more than 25% of the course content, no refund will be issued, but you may be eligible for other remedies, such as course credit or transfer to another course.

Non-Refundable Courses

The following types of courses are non-refundable:

  • Courses that include personalized coaching or one-on-one sessions.
  • Training packages where more than 25% of the service has already been delivered.

Refund Process

Course Credits and Transfers

If a refund is not possible, we may offer:

  • Course Transfers: Transfer your enrollment to another course at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Technical Issues

If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from attending the course, we will provide technical support. If the issue persists and prevents you from completing the course, a refund may be issued based on the percentage of course completion.

Amendments
